About Error: GnuTLS error -110
Hello.
I am a beginner.
Please forgive my lack of study.
This time, I have question about FileZilla Client Error.
When connecting to a FileZilla Server (ver1.3.0) under the NAT router from FileZilla Client (ver3.59.0) (WAN side) of an external company,
the following error was displayed on the FileZilla client.
Error: GnuTLS error -110: The TLS connection was non properly terminated.
Status: Server did not properly shut down TLS connection
Could not connect to server
Information other than the above has not been obtained yet.
I'm sorry, I haven't got the log yet.
What is the cause of the above?
By the way, when I checked on the following site, there was a compatibility problem because I set to reject the connection from IPv6 with FileZilla Server's settings, but other than that, it was All OK.
https://ftptest.net/
By the way , I can connect to that server from my home (WAN side) without any problems.
Is there a possibility of cause that that company uses internet with IPv6 environment?
Also, is there a possibility of cause that the existence of Proxy etc.
Also, Had I better enable Proxy Ignore setting with the FileZilla Client and test it?
Please give me advice.

I'm sorry, Mr.Kosse.
I have a question about logging.
When getting the error log, is it okay for the logging level to be "Normal" like an attachment?

Thank you for your interest and please help if you can
Re: About Error: GnuTLS error -110
Are you behind a NAT router? If so, you need to configure both the server and the NAT router as explained in our Network Configuration guide.

Re: About Error: GnuTLS error -110
Thank you for the link you provided. Thanks to him I learned how it all works. I managed to establish a data-connection in passive mode with my server located behind NAT. I set the port range and added the appropriate forwarding in my router's NAT service (ports: 21 and range, in my case 5000 - 6000 redirected to the local address of the server). It works, thanks for the hint
