SFTP Login with 'at' @ character

Hello there,

I need to connect to the server where username is an e-mail address. I am not able to because Filezilla converts @ to hexadecimal value of %40. What can I do now?

What does it say in the message log?

Nothing, it just automatically converts @ to %40 so I cannot connect

Unlikely that it says nothing in the message log.
