I'm a newbie and I am not a network professional. I'm trying to use FileZilla to move files from my Windows PC environment to a new Asustor NAS device. I seem to have configured my firewall correctly, but I can't seem to get past this final step of seeing the directories on the NAS. I attached a screenshot. Any thoughts on what's wrong here? Sorry for inevitably omitting some critical info.

Most likely a firewall or NAT router is interfering with the data connection.

If your NAS is in your LAN, why are you using a public IP address to connect? Inside your LAN use the private IP address of the NAS to connect.

The NAS is not on the same LAN. Still can't figure out why FileZilla can connect, but can't retrieve a directory listing. I contacted Meraki support (firewall) and they can see traffic flowing both ways. Doesn't seem to be a firewall issue. Any other thoughts on why FileZilla can't see the directory listing?

Try connecting to the private IP address of the NAS.
