Fixed size dialogs are not available on high DPI displays

My environment:
FileZilla Version: 3.60.1
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit 21H2
Display: Dell U2723QE 4K (3840x2160)

When I open any dialog from FileZilla using the Hi DPI display, resizable dialogs (site manager, etc.) are fine, but fixed size dialogs (settings, versions, etc.) are very small.
It's too small to change any settings.

I've attached a screenshot with a different OS scale, but none of the scales worked.

I also tried changing the "Override high DPI scaling behavior, scaling performed by: Application." In the app properties, but that also has no effect.

Is there any good solution?

Do you only experience this with Japanese, or does it also happen if you switch FileZilla to English?
