Failed transfers (4) --- Every Time!

Filezilla ver. 3.60.1 running on Win 10. The problem has existed for at least six months now, including on the preceding Filezilla version(s). I'm on cable internet service with ethernet connection to my router.
I have a website, hosted on Freehostia, that consists of 4,143 files and 20 directories, total size approximately 213 MB. During uploads, there is always a reported transfer failure of 4 files. These four files are always sequential in the upload file list, but are not the same four files every time. The failure usually happens fairly early in the upload. I've never seen it happen more than once per upload, and it is always four sequential files. The reported cause of the failure is always "Timeout".
When uploading, I use the "Overwrite if newer or different size" option because some of the files never change.
After uploading, I check which four files were allegedly not transferred, and manually drag and drop them one at a time, and they always transfer immediately. As you can see in today's screenshot, it appears that of the four claimed transfer failures, only the second two actually didn't go up.
Does anyone have a theory of where and why this failure is truly occurring -- my computer, my router, my ISP, Filezilla, or ????.
