FileZilla Pro not working

Hello,

I've just purchased FileZilla Pro after searching what I need to connect to a DigitalOcean Space on Windows.

After purchasing and successfully connecting, I need to move files to a different directory but I'm getting the error
```
Error: A Content-Type for application/xml was returned by the server but the payload cannot be interpreted as XML
```
I have since downloaded S3 Browser and had no issues, however, I would like to use the software I paid for (especially since they don't offer refunds). Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue?

I was using free version of FileZilla. I got the FTP credentials from my website hosting provider but when I was going to put the FTP credentials it was throwing some error. It was not connecting with the live server.

Check for syntax or copy+paste errors. Furthermore, any problems with credentials must be clarified with the issuer, in your case, your web hosting company.
