So I'm new to FileZilla and I was having issues trying to connect to my device. I've looked on the internet and found out it was a firewall or antivirus issue I went back to trying the solutions. but after giving the application permission to work through my firewall, turning of my firewall, and making sure I don't have an antivirus or other firewalls installed on my pc I sill could not get it to work. I even turned of my vpn. So I would greatly appreciate some help please.

I recommend fully uninstalling all firewalls, virus scanners, VPN software and other snake oil.
