GDrive - "Shared With Me" Folders Missing

Hey all!
I've noticed that recently created/shared "Shared with me" folders no longer appear in the Filezilla client. Old ones do though. I tried also creating a link to the "shared with me" folder in my drive, but when I browse to the shortcut in the client and open it, it's empty. Any thoughts on what might be going on? The Drive web interface is working just fine. I just can't wait around for the zipping to happen, which is why I use filezilla.
