Network Switch affected transfer

I have a Windows 2019 Server running FileZilla Pro. I moved several 50GB mov files without a problem on a network switch. Unfortunately, after the server was physically moved to another network switch, I am unable to transfer any large files on this new switch. I can transfer from my laptop on the old switch, but when I connected my laptop to the new switch (plugged directly into the new port), I could not transfer from my laptop either. Our Network staff suggested contacting FileZilla.
If anyone has any suggestions, I would be most appreciative.
