Hi there,
I am using FileZilla serveral years and I am very comfortable with this.
But since my version 3.56.0 on every start of FileZilla the update window will come up. When I do this update, FZ is running normal until I close and restart it.
Then the old version (3.56.0) is running and the update window appears again.

I have tried to uninstall the FZ completly and install a newer one from here. But on a new start the same old version is running again...

Has/Had anyone the same problem? And a solution instead?
Would be appreciate!

Do you maybe have an old Shortcut that keeps starting the old version instead of the new one? Check if you have two versions installed*, remove the old one and update the Shortcuts.

Yes, this was the reason.
After this post I gave him another try and found an old version. After I uninstalled this manualy and reinstalled the latest version the prob.em was fixed.
