Server Manager Export not working anymore

In the current version (3.60.2, Windows 10) the export of the server manager config is not working anymore. The actual file is not written to the hard drive.

I just noticed that there are two ways to save the config. One of them is not working for me.

File -> Export...
This is working.

Server Manager -> Right click on "Own Servers" -> Export
This is not working for me.

I'll use the first method for now.

Exporting from Site Manager works for me as well.

I tried on a second computer with latest Windows Filezilla Client and it's not working there as well.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open site manager
2. Click "My Sites"
3. Right click "My Sites" -> "Export..."
4. Choose file destination and file name (Desktop and "sites.xml" in my case)
5. Save

Result: No file was saved there.

As i said, did the steps, and sites.xml is created fine.

Do you have "Controlled Folder Access" (Windows security feature) enabled, maybe?

I checked, it's off. I think I have all the standard options there.
I'm even logged in as admin, and it's not working.

I'm going to try it on two other computers next week in my other office and see what happens there.

I'm using "File" -> "Export" for now, which is working fine. But there obviously a difference between the two.

File - Export... can export everything, if desired. The Site Manager export does only save Site Manager entries.
