Key Authentication asks for password in version 3.61.0

After updating to 3.61.0, I get challenged for a password even after adding a my key file in edit>settings>SFTP. Is there a setting I'm missing?
I can still add a site in Site Manager, but this new development slows me down for testing new connections.

I've just come across the same/similar issue.
I use Pageant v0.78 with the relevant keys loaded and with FileZilla v3.61 and later if I open Filezilla via the command line using ./filezilla.exe
user@host.com then I always get prompted for a password.
Using versions prior to v3.60.2 or earlier works perfectly.
Also in v3.61 and later if I connect using site manager with username and password then it works perfectly.
Does anyone know if this change was by design or due to a bug?
