I am looking for some help here!

Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...

I'd like to know what the problem is with the connection and how I can solve this problem!

Failure to receive a reply to the AUTH command is almost always caused by a some piece of malware that intentionally prevents you from securing the connection with TLS. This malware could run on either the client machine, the server machine, or any piece of network equipment sitting in-between.
