Hi there,
today Im receiving a big problem I cannot solve. My FileZilla is not opening any more. When I start the programm nothing happens. In the Task Manager its there. When I move over the icon its showing a blank window - see screenshot:

I had an older installation installed before, I updated - same issue. I have reinstalled the programm - same issue. Its opening in windows safe mode. I have exportet all my server informations from here because I thought reinstall would solve the problem. But its still there. I have 3.61.0 installed at the moment.

A bit strange: When I uninstall the programm and do a reboot its telling me that Filezilla is already installed on the computer when I want to install it again. But I have deinstalled it before....strange...

When can I do? Any ideas?

Do you have any associated network drives (network resources with drive letter)? Unfortunately, these can delay the appearance of the FileZilla GUI for literally minutes, especially if they aren't accessible. It starts in Safe Mode as there is no network loaded, then.

yes i have 2 of them but they are accessable and FZ worked over years with them. I also have FZ open for hours now - still nothing happening.

Look at the memory column, that's about twice the normal size on a fresh start. Most likely a faulty shell extension on your system is causing this.
