When i upload files there is in the Owner/Group colum writen madmaks madmaks. how can i change this to madmaks l10n ?

AFAIK it's not possible to change owner/group with FTP. You need to do this through a ssh login or similar, with the chown command (unix).

But you can read through the FTP specs and see if you find anything:
