Dragging in file:/// URLs

Hopefully this should be an easy suggestion...
Often you're working on an html file, you have it open in notepad2 and do Ctrl-L to view it directly in a browser as file:///..... You decide it's good to upload, and so it would be very convenient at that point to be able to drag the browser address into a folder on FileZilla to upload it. Obviously we're looking at file: URLs rather than http(s) ones.
