thumbnails

Hi,
Very new user with an issue I'm sure you can help me with.
Uploading images to the website is perfectly easy, the issue is when an image needs replacing. The images upload but the thumbnail doesn't populate with the new image, i can still click on the thumbnail and it will open up so i can view the images, also the zoom in and out feature doesn't work.
please tell me there is an easy solution to this.

FileZilla is a general-purpose FTP/SFTP file transfer utility. It does not have anything to do with thumbnails. These are produced by some process on the server.

You might simply run into a caching issue. Did you try to empty the browser cache and refresh the page?

Yes I've tried that.

Quick thought, could it be down to naming the files incorrectly, for example :- photo1_3
photo1_4
Where these files should start like:- photo1_1
photo1_2

We simply don't know. You need to ask hosting support if the thumbnails do not refresh on their own.
