First time this has happened to me, don't know why? Did I try to access the program too many times or what? And of course the system requires my password.
I have no idea what it is, I've tried to fix it, change it, but it still doesn't work.

Under what circumstances this error is displayed?
When you get the error upon connection to an FTP server, then that server most probably has IP-banned you. The error code starts with 5xx, hinting to a permanent error. You need to contact the server support (Administrator) of that server for getting the ban lifted.
