Hi:

I've used filezilla on my desktop PC to upload and download files to and from my website's hosting provider and never had a connection problem. Now I got a laptop and by using the same configuration I can't connect to the same server. The difference is that my desktop PC is wired to the router, but my laptop is on WIFI.

Would someone please tell me how I can get the laptop to connect also?

Does the laptop have a LAN port and did you try while being connected through LAN (switch off WiFi during the test)?
