Cosmetic issue: List (lines) of Queued Files blink/flash as they download

Hello
Issue: as files download and lines scroll to accompany the queue being emptied, the lines flash or blink as it were.
I've tried resizing the window etc but the cosmetic issue persists. Is anyone else seeing this and is there a workaround? I have a sample of the issue: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1F2GYbe ... sp=sharing
