FileZilla Drag & Drop Error - Windows 10 22H2

Good Afternoon,
I have a customer I support that very recently began experiencing the Drag & Drop error that was present in Windows 10 1809.
Below I have listed the unsuccessful attempted resolutions:
- Run Windows Updates until no further updates are available.
- Uninstall, reboot, reinstall and reboot the device before re-running FileZilla.
- Re-registering the fzshellext.dll and fzshellext_64.dll files.
- Attempted to use both the 32bit and 64bit versions at separate times to see if this resolves the problem.
During the above reinstallations I have also removed registry keys and appdata present that related to FileZilla. Has anyone else experienced the same issue in Windows 22H2 and if so have you managed to resolve this?
