Client SFTP SSH not asking for password

I'm setting up a client for a co-worker and her site configuration is missing the password prompt. I've tried the "ask for password" option but this still requires entry after each closure of the client. I cannot for the life of me figure out why the password input would appear on my client but not on hers -- all options are the same as far as i can tell. Any help would be much appreciated!

To provide some more details:
- The password field and input is not showing up AT ALL, there is simply no place to enter a password.
- I have tried updating to the current version.

And both of you are now on the very latest version of FileZilla? Because outdated versions will not be supported, and this topic closed again.
