I have a problem when I upload the files, the speed is fixed at 1.3MiB/s ..
I edited the %APPDATA%/FileZilla/filezilla.xml, "Socket send buffer size (v2)" for 4194304, but the speed is getting lower (800KiB/s ~ 1.1MiB/s)

How can I Imporve it?

SFTP is latency-sensitive. What is the latency to the server, especially during a transfer?

How can I see the latency from FileZilla?
I can't find it

Simply ping the server with the transfer running and observe the roundtrip.
