Can't upload after tech website help

Filezilla working fine. I had an issue, and tech help was given access to my Filezilla details and did what he had to do, which worked fine. But now I can connect with my website, but FZ won't allow me to send or receive files. I've changed password but to no avail.
Is this because the tech guy was from another location? What's the thoughts?
