Unable to view my files

When I try to view my files, I get this error message:
filezilla message
---------------------------
Usage: filezilla [/h] [--verbose]
/h, --help show this help message
--verbose generate verbose log messages
After I click on the pop up box with this message, filezilla automatically pops up on my screen. what can I do to clear this up so I can see my files?
BTW: I do not know anything about computers so simple langauge would be helpful.
