Hello,

in the last 4-5 days, we are facing issues with file transfer, it is getting failed again and again. We have removed the app and reinstalled but the same issues. please suggest solutions.

Please post a complete log of this happening and state your FileZilla version.

Hello,
Getting errors like when we are transferring the status of the file will be transferring only, it never gets completed. please find the attached snaps.
We are facing this issue for a long time, so we changed the machine and installed the new version after changing the computer machine 1-2 times transfer was successful but after that, it start creating the same issue on the second machine too.
need solution on it.
Using FileZilla Version - 3.64.0

It looks like you have timeouts disabled. If so, please re-enable timeouts.

Yes, it was 20, I did it 0, is it fine, please confirm.

Even I face the same issue. After some time, the file transfer in filezilla get a pause and not moving on. Any updates would be really appreciated. I have tried with the max timeout 9999 but still doesn't works.

No! 0 means "blocking", in case of a transfer problem, it will simply wait till the end of all times (or until the server kicks you, whatever comes first). Timeouts are necessary for avoiding such a situation. The default is a little strict, personally, I use 60s. If a transfer stops for more than 60 seconds, something's wrong, and it makes no sense waiting any further.

By setting very high timeouts or 0, you just extend the agony. Transfers will fail sometimes, nonetheless (this is normal for FTP), it's just how long you want to wait until retrying.
