SLOWER CONNECTION AFTER USING PROGRAM

my internet connection seems to slow down even after I close the program. web pages load slower after using it, my speeds are the same, but the connection feels slower

If it's not running it cannot affect your system, so the problem must be something else. Maybe your ISP is throttling you for having transferred too much data?
