"Not connected to any server" error

Not really sure how else to describe this.

I am able to access a particular client's FTP using FileZilla, but they are unable to access my FTP. I am also unable to access my own FTP using their login information, even though I am connected to the host network.

They are very used to FileZilla and do not want to change just for me. It's strange that I can't access my FTP using their login on FileZilla. But I've tried using a browser FTP like CompleteFTP, and their login info works there.

Any ideas? Anything is appreciated.

Without any logs, the problem is very hard to analyze.

Most likely some firewall or NAT router interfering with the connection.
