Unable to connect to FileZilla

I use FileZilla for an agency I work with and can connect fine. I've started working with another agency who have supplied me with new details but I'm unable to connect with the correct details. Our IT support have suggested that you may need to allow a specific IP address. Is there an email address so I can get in touch with my IP address so you can try this for me? Thanks, Emily

If the server is blocking your IP address, you would need to contact the server administrator or server hosting provider.
