Could not start transfer?

I seem to be having some issues trying to download the recordings
the following is my current status and error msg i am getting

Any particular reason for wanting to transfer to c:\Users\Default User\ ?

That location is reserved by Windows, its contents are the template for new user accounts.

Well, OK, but the question was: Why are you trying to download to that specific directory, which is only a directory junction to C:\Users\Default, which, in turn, is a template directory reserved by Windows for creating new user accounts?

Please use your own account directory (which is also under C:\Users), where you have full Write privileges.
