I stopped receiving an external file

I received an updated table that came from the client's site, monthly. This information, as far as I know, is collected through scripts on the client's site. I haven't received this file since January, the scripts on the client's site continue to work, but the SFTP file no longer arrives. Is there any way to error check this receiving process within SFTP?

The server can log to file, if you set it up in the settings. Then, regularly check the server logs if there was any upload attempt and what was the outcome.
