filezilla does not connect to the server

filezilla does not connect to the server.
I've tried all the methods I found online but I can't solve it, I'm here as a last attempt and I hope someone will be able to help me.

The error is this:

THEN AFTER 100 SECONDS OF INACTIVITY IT TELLS ME THIS:

Error: Connection timed out after 100 seconds of inactivity

Error: The contents of the folder could not be read

What else is written in the message log? There should be some commands and replies.
