Can FileZilla Client power on a computer remotely?

#1 Post by mps1212 » 2023-09-21 16:46

I am wondering if FileZilla Client is able to power on a computer remotely. For example, if my computer has FileZilla Server and a co-worker wants to access files when I am away, are they able to remotely power on my computer to access the files on the server?

No.

Server machines are, by definition, supposed to run 24/7.

You could potentially use separate Wake-on-LAN software for this.
