Connection times out after passive mode

One of our users is experiencing this issue when trying to connect to one of our servers, she is the only one having this issue, she had a previous version of the client and I had updated it as initial t/s I did a side by side test using my computer and it connected with zero issues, this is my connection and hers is in the attached screen shot. Any help will be appreciated.
