"receiving" issue with Mac OS Sonoma?

I have been using FileZilla without problems for several years, sending dictation files (m4a-file) to my transcriptionist. For the first time, I have sent an m4a-file (my usual file type), and on my end it looks like it was successfully deposited in her "in-box" but she is unable to find it or upload it. Only thing new is I am now on Mac OS Sonoma v 14.0. I tried using an older version of FileZilla - same result. She is also able to open similar dictation files from other clients of hers, so I don't think the problem is on her end. Anybody else have this issue, or suggestions to troubleshoot? Thanks.

What does it say about the transfer in the message log? Any error, or did it complete successfully?

According to the log, the file was transferred successfully, so the problem is not on your end.
