Failed to retrieve directory listing - How do you get over it?

The software tells me that I have connected to the site, but there is a failure in receiving folders.
[By the way, I have another computer on the same network, which manages to connect with an unsecured connection]
I tried disabling antivirus, installing another, and nothing helped.
What could cause this failure?

Failure to receive a reply to the PASV command is virtually always caused by a broken firewall or NAT router intentionally sabotaging FTP traffic.

You can use https://ftptest.net/ to figure out whether the issue is on your end (the test succeeds) or whether it's a server-side issue (the test fails).

As I wrote - this is a test I did.
I would appreciate it if you could tell me what you understand from the analysis of the data?

This means that there is some firewall or NAT router on your end of the connection that is breaking the connection.

Thanks for the diagnosis.
I tried to remove Defender firewall - and it doesn't help.
I installed Nod32 antivirus [which disables Defender] and still does not connect.
I tried to connect with another computer to the same router - and it does manage to connect.
Is it possible to do some kind of test on my computer to see what is causing the problem?

Have you yet tried wiping the hard disk and reinstalling Windows?
