Need help in Transfer

I have written a small program in java that will upload the file from my machine and put it in Filezilla server . It works fine when i am running the jboss server in my machine and trying to upload local files but when i am trying to connect to jboss server from remote machine and trying to upload a file from remote machine it is not getting uploaded in ftp server and give a message as "Access Denied" . kindly help me out as this is taking a lot of time for me to solve it up ......
