Problems seeing webdav folder contents

I can connect to our webdav server and see all the folders, but I cannot access the files inside the folder. I get this error.

Could not parse XML: Premature end of document at offset 0

I NEED HELP!!!!!

FileZilla does not support WebDAV. FileZilla Pro does, but it has its own forum and is not supported here.
