New Filezilla user having basic problems!

Hi I have used Filezilla last week with some success but I cannot remember the basics
All I want to do is move video files from my PC to my Tablet but I am having no success!
On the first screen is my PC the server or my tablet?
Username?
password?
Port?
I know that the wifi works between my PC and Tablet
On my tablet I am using ESuperfile which asks me to input ftp://192.168.11:209:7021/ on my PC but not exactly where!

Try to enter it exactly as-is into the Hostname field of the QuickConnect bar. Does that work?
