Filezilla startup issue

I have a user that all of a sudden having an issue launching (and closing) FileZilla. I attached the screenshots of the errors. I uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled and have the same issue. Please help.

That user seems to have lost privileges to access hos/her own user profile. It's a permission problem in the OS and you must resolve it on OS level. FileZilla is only the messenger here.
