Every time I open Filezilla I don't see anything it's on my nav bar and when I hover over it it's just white
I have fully uninstalled and restarted and got a new clean download and same things

Perhaps the window is positioned off-screen? Are you by chance using multiple monitors where the bounding rectangle isn't identical to the actual screen area? (ie. there is a hole, such as in an L-shaped screen layout)
Switch to FileZilla, then press Alt+Space. From the context menu you can then select to move the window using the cursor keys.
