I looked through he forums and saw some posts from 2016 about a "watch" folder and being able to auto-upload to a remote directory and in the replies at the time people were saying it is not possible. I see that Pro now has a synchronization feature but am not sure if this is the same idea as to what I am thinking about.
What I want to do is have some kind of hot link folder that when changes are detected it uploads automatically to my server directory. Is this what the syncro feature does or am I misunderstanding?
Auto sync / upload on changes

Re: Auto sync / upload on changes
FileZilla Pro Site Synchronization is for syncing Site Data between multiple installations. Automatic transfers are impossible with the GUI-based packages.
FileZilla Pro CLI can be fully scripted for automatic actions including transfers. However, you need to write the scripts yourself. This includes the whole "trigger" or "watchdog" part, which will then call CLI for the actual upload.
