Critical error: Could bot connect to server

Hello!

I am having issues connecting to my server its states this "530 Sorry, the maximum number of clients (5) for this user are already connected and underneath that is Critical error: Could bot connect to server.
What is my fix to this

Wait until there are less clients connected for that user.

In case you are using any firewalls or NAT routers, make sure that they never ever drop connections without telling both peers about it.

The only 2 people that has the account info is me and my buddy but now it won't even connect

That error is not coming from FileZilla Server. Are you using FileZilla Client to connect to a third party server?

We are using filezilla to connect to a TXadmin server

It's a server-side issue. If you are not the administrator of that server, you need to contact the administrators. If you are, then you need to discuss the matter with the support system of the TXadmin server.
