Button disappearance

There were 3 options in the quick connect box. The 3rd would connect directly to my web site. There's 'quick connect', 'clear history', and the 3rd .... I somehow deleted that button. How do I get it back?

Just fill out the quickconnect bar and connect, the 10 most recent entries are kept in the history.

I don't know how to retrieve the info for host, username, password, port. The info must be stored somewhere.

I finally figured it out, thanks. I accidentally cleared the history, so I had to find the information to fill in all the info again. That wasn't easy, but I succeeded.
