Disconnected From Server

Hello,

I am just trying to update my about me picture and when I start my upload, everything starts off well then finished with "disconnected from server"

Please help.

Transfers use extra connections to the server. When the transfer is finished, the data connection disconnects after a few seconds. This is, in itself, no error.

Does the transfer finish?

Yes it does finish.

So would you know why my picture is not updating on my website?

Could be because your browser still locally caches the old pic. Clearing the browser cache or hard-reloading the page (usually SHIFT+Reload or CTRL+F5) could reveal the updates image (provided you correctly overwrote the old one). There might be some server-side caching, too, which you can not do anything against, except for waiting.

Knowing that Filezilla was NOT the problem made me look inside the coding I had in IONOS and was able to figure out the problem.

I had my png in the wrong folder.
