Seeking a Solution for the FTP/SFTP Question Mark Issue

#1 Post by quattro123123 » 2024-03-08 19:17

Hello,

Could you provide guidance on how to eliminate the question mark symbol that now appears every time I connect to an FTP or SFTP server? This symbol makes navigating between folders rather cumbersome. I don't recall encountering this issue before; it seems to have emerged recently. Any advice on how to address this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

The question mark was always there. It marks unvisited remote directories. Since a query to the server is only made once you actively visit the directory, FileZilla cannot know its state, before. Visiting the directory reveals what's in there.
