I cant connect to my server pls help me!

I rented hosting and I need to transfer files to the server via FileZilla and I get the following error:

There does not appear to be a working SSH/SFTP server at that address and unusual port.

This is what the support of the site on which I took the server hosting answered:

"I was able to start your server without any problems. Please check what you have done wrong.
You can simply do this using an FTP program such as FileZilla or WinSCP. You can find the FTP access data in your administration in the server information under "SFTP"."

Now what is it, FTP or SFTP? Two completely different protocols that have absolutely nothing in common besides the same purpose and some shared letters in their name.

That's definitely not an SFTP server at that address and port.
