Hi (and sorry for my english)

I use Filezilla pro to backup users' Onedrive Office 365.
Not used for 2 months, today I got this message.
Do you have an idea ?

This error message appears if trying to use regular FileZilla to connect to OneDrive. Do you by chance have installed regular FileZilla instead of FileZilla Pro?

Then, this discussion needs to continue in the dedicated customer forums @botg mentioned.

FileZilla clearly says "FileZilla Pro" in the Title Bar and in About...
No support requests over PM! You will NOT get any reply!!!
