Cannot connect to server on mac

Hi, i have been trying to connect to this server and I can't seem to and keep getting errors, although i am visible on the servers end. I have unactivated the firewall in mac system preferences and reinstalled the app. I am using FileZilla 3.66.5 on a MacOS 12.5. Sharing the error code below.

The server in question is not configured correctly for Passive Mode. If you run the server, read Network Configuration. If someone else runs the server, point that someone to Network Configuration.
