Hello. When I uploading a file, it gives
Response: 553 Could not create file.
Error:Critical file transfer error

How to fix this? Please help as quickly as possible.

This error message comes from the server. Could be any number of reasons. Might be a permissions issue on the server machine, or the server's storage might be full, just to name two common causes. Contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for further assistance.
